Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Business Development Associate to join our team and drive the growth of our business through strategic partnerships and innovative sales strategies.

In this role, you should be a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills, capable of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing relationships with potential clients, creating business proposals, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Manage new leads and client meetings.
  • Create and deliver compelling business proposals.
  • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare documents and presentations.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Discover and explore new channels for lead generation.
  • Track and report on business development progress.
  • Support the implementation of sales strategies.
  • Assist in day-to-day business development operations.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong research, strategy, and communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in various technology tools.
  • Ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Negotiation skills, empathy, and eagerness to learn.


Nice to have:

  • Experience in the KSA and GCC market.
  • Background in UX and User-Centered Design.
