As a Senior UX Researcher, you'll take a leadership role in driving impactful research initiatives, collaborating closely with internal teams and clients on a mix of exciting projects. Your expertise will not only guide research but also inspire the team and elevate our digital experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive user research, utilizing methods such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and analytics to gain deep insights into user behaviors and preferences.
- Oversee the UX Audit process, providing expert guidance and ensuring quality outcomes.
- Plan, execute, and manage complex research studies, including participant recruitment, data collection, and advanced analysis.
- Synthesize research findings into compelling, data-driven narratives and present insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Develop and maintain user personas, customer journey maps, and other user-centered artifacts to inform design and development decisions.
- Provide strategic insights and make cohesive, data-driven design recommendations.
- Present findings and insights to internal stakeholders, making actionable suggestions for enhancing user experiences.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure research findings are translated into impactful design solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior UX researchers, fostering their growth and development.
- Stay at the forefront of UX research trends and best practices, integrating the latest methodologies and tools into the research process.
Qualifications
Must have:
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a UX Researcher with a robust portfolio showcasing your research work.
- Extensive experience in usability testing, user interviews, expert reviews, personas, user journey mapping, and stakeholder/discovery interviews.
- Advanced proficiency with various UX research tools and software, such as usability testing software, survey platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and drive change within the organization.
- Exceptional project management skills and a proven track record of leading research initiatives.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
Nice to have:
- Relevant UX certifications or coursework.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a similar discipline) or equivalent experience in the field.
