As a Mid-Level UX Researcher, you'll be the moderator of a harmony, working hand in hand with teams inside and outside our organization on a mix of exciting projects. Your role as a Mid-Level UX Researcher is not just about leading and pitching in on research, but it's all about sharing golden nuggets of wisdom that set our digital experiences on the right track. You'll be joining the band, collaborating with our UX Labs team and clients, to groove to the rhythm of user behaviors and preferences, and together, we'll create the perfect melody to help them hit their goals. πŸŽ΅πŸŽ‰


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in Leading comprehensive user research, utilizing various methods such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and analytics to gain deep insights into user behaviors and preferences.
  • Assist in Leading UX Audit process under the guidance of more experienced team members or senior researchers.
  • Plan, execute, and manage complex research studies, including participant recruitment, data collection, and in-depth analysis.
  • Synthesize research findings into compelling, data-driven narratives and present insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Develop and maintain user personas, customer journey maps, and other user-centered artifacts to inform design and development decisions.
  • Articulate UX design insights and make cohesive design decisions.
  • Design and Present findings and insights to internal stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations for improving user experiences.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations.
  • Guide junior members of the UX research team.
  • Stay at the forefront of UX research trends and best practices, integrating the latest methodologies and tools into the research process.


Qualifications

Must have:

  • Proven experience as a UX Researcher, with a strong work history showcasing your research work.
  • Have an extended experience of: Usability Testing, User Interview, Expert Review, Personas, User Journey, and Stakeholders/ Discovery Interviews.
  • Extended experience with various UX research tools and software, such as usability testing software, survey platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and drive change within the organization.
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading research initiatives.
  • Leadership potential and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.


Nice to have:

  • Acquired or successfully passed Related UX Courses, Certificates.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or a similar discipline) or an equivalent years or expertise in the field.
