Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented UX Researcher to join our team in Riyadh for a 1-year project.
In this role, you will lead and support various user research activities including user interviews, usability testing, focus groups, and accessibility assessments.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute UX research projects, including defining research strategies, preparing scripts, and setting up research environments.

  • Conduct and moderate research sessions such as usability testing, user interviews, card sorting, and focus groups.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and user challenges.

  • Analyze and synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights.

  • Present and communicate research results to design, product, and development teams.

  • Perform desk research activities (heuristic evaluations, competitor analysis, comparable product reviews, etc.).

  • Recruit and screen participants that match user personas and testing criteria.

  • Create user personas, journey maps, and other research deliverables.

  • Support in usability and accessibility evaluations to ensure inclusive design outcomes.

  • Manage multiple research tasks simultaneously while meeting timelines and quality standards.


Requirements

  • Saudi Nationality (Male or Female).

  • Based in Riyadh – presence required for in-person research sessions.

  • 1-year project-based role, starting ASAP (with potential extension).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in UX Research or related fields (UX/UI Design with research involvement).

  • Proven experience conducting user testing and qualitative research.

  • Arabic fluency is essential; English proficiency is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability, and interaction design principles.

  • Familiarity with accessibility standards is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

  • Able to work independently and under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
